Archive: 3rd Symposium

The 3rd Symposium of Australian Gastronomy was held in Melbourne from 8th-10th March 1987, on the theme A Multiculinary Society.

The Proceedings are currently available in the National Library of Australia and when digitised will be published online here.

A Report of the 3rd Symposium is available, as is Mark Wahlqvist’s paper ‘Social activity and food’.
